How do I recover a picture I deleted from my recycle bin? I deleted a photo from my computer and then from my recycle bin. The picture is used as my user account picture but I don't know how to get access to it now. How can I recover it?

google search recover from recycle :))))

u can't recover it. u can try some special programs but is not sure u can. google: recover lost data
